the S&CC (e.g. relay 3 -M6- is not
working)

(18ohms) open, no DC +30v to the
motor (fuse Si4), interruption with the
blue line from amplifier to motor
Short within the motor or with capacitor

Pull plug 'BLUE' and set a jumper from
