Placing the speakers
Where youput yourspeakel_ i n theroomhasa big
effecton the quality ofthe sound. The following
guidelines should help you to get the best sound fi'om
your system.
• The subwooferca1 be placed on the flooe Ideally,
the other speakersshould be at about eaMevelwhen
you're listening to them. Putting the speakerson the
floor (exceptthe subwoofe0, or mounting them ve¢
high on a wall is not recommended.
• For the best stereoeffect,place the fi'ontspeakers 2-
3m (6-9ft.) apart.
• The rear speakersshould not be further away fi'om
your listening position thau the front speakers.
• The center speaker should be as close as possibleto
the *1_ screen so tha mmie dialog is localizedproperly.

are magnelicafly shielded,lIowevel;placing them

distortion on the screen. If this happens, move the
speakers a little further away and switchof[ the
televisionfor 15-30 minules.
The rear speakers and subwooferare not magnetically
shielded,so theyshould not be placed near a '1_ _or

The mounting screws are not included with this
unit. Please fiud the correct screws for your
application.
