Fix the Hanger Plate Assembly to the concrete ceiling and tighten the supplied Carl Bolt, Plain Washer, Spring Washer

and Hexa Nut refering to the numbers given. No.1 Carl Bolt is used for Safety Wire.

栓用於保險線。
CAUTION / 注意
Do not dismantle Hanger Plate
Assembly as shown in the
picture at right side.
切勿如右圖所示拆開吊板組件 。
Fix Hanger Plate Assembly correctly to the concrete ceiling, and tighten Hexa Nut fi rmly.
Can cause injury if Ceiling Fan drops.
將吊板組件正確地安裝於混凝土天花板，並鎖緊六角形螺帽。
若吊扇掉落會導致受傷。

1. Ensure the Hanger Plate Assembly is securely fi xed on the concrete ceiling. The Carl Bolt, Plain Washer,
Spring Washer and Hexa Nut should be fi rmly tightened for the safety reason. / 確定吊板組件已鎖緊在混
凝土天花板。基於安全理由，卡爾螺栓、普通墊圈、彈簧墊圈及六角形螺帽必須鎖緊。
