To initiate a hardware reset, disconnect power from the device and use a screwdriver to press
and hold the "reset" button, located on the front of the device. Reconnect power with the "re-
set" button pressed until the red ERR LED starts flashing. Allow the ERR LED to flash a mini-
mum of five times. Release the "reset" button and allow the gateway to reboot.
