Setting up Avaya CU360 for WiFi-based display

About this task
You could experience video quality degradation if you start Wi-Fi Display while Avaya CU360 is
active in a meeting using the WiFi network.
Before you begin
• Enable WiFi on Avaya CU360.
• Connect the computer or mobile device to Avaya CU360 using WiFi or a LAN cable.
Procedure
1. On the Avaya CU360 desktop, click

2. Click Wi-Fi display
Result

Pair computers using Avaya Screen Link manually or automatically. Avaya CU360 automatically
pairs devices using acoustic pairing. Computers generate an ultrasonic sound that Avaya CU360
detects. Avaya IX
automatically become active and display the name and IP address on the device screen.
Before you begin
Your computer:
• Must have Avaya IX
• Must be connected to the same network as Avaya CU360. If your computer and Avaya
CU360 are connected to different networks, NAT or a firewall must not be configured
between the two networks.
Procedure
1. Right-click Avaya IX
• To manually pair a device, click Screen Link > Enter a location manually.
