Retrieving Internal Code Changes (Support Element)
1 Selecting the options
1. Open Task List from the Views area
2. Open Change Management from the Task
List Work Area
3. Open Groups from the Views area
4. Drag and drop the CPC on Change
Internal Code in the Change
Management area.
2 Selecting a source
The Internal Code Changes panel displays.
1. Select Retrieve Internal Code Changes
from the menu.
2. Select Retrieve code changes from TAPE
cartridge
3. Select OK.
3 Inserting the TAPE cartridge
Skip this step if you are retrieving from the server
(IBM support system).
The Insert TAPE Cartridge panel displays.
1. Insert the TAPE cartridge.
2. Select OK.
The Select Internal Code Changes panel
displays
3. Select All internal code changes
4. The label will be read.
4 Retrieving the changes
The confirm the action panel displays.
1. Select Retrieve

Installing the System
Note: If you have performed "Enabling Support
Element Services" on page 5-9 to
established a IBM support connection you
can select Retrieve the changes from
IBM support system and follow the
instruction on the panels.
