9. WARRANTY CARD
The product quality has been checked and meets the required standards and regulations. The

10. WARRANTY TERMS
10.1. Warranty terms procedures
1. The manufacturer provides good quality and defect-free operation of covered by this warranty if
the machine's operation is performed in accordance with the operator's manual.
2. Faults or damages to the machine found within the 12-month period from the date of purchase
shall be removed free of charge at the purchaser or the manufacturer.
3. Faults or damages should be submitted personally, in writing or by telephone. Repairs shall be
carried out within 14 days. Any repair which is subject to warranty should be carried out by an
authorised SaMASZ dealer.
4. Warranty claims regarding replacement of the product or reimbursement are considered if
received within 14 days by the Manufacturer.
5. The following parts and situations are not covered by warranty:
a) wearing parts: cutting bars, copper skid, guide and pressure blocks on upper cutting
bar, cylinder mounting pins, gearboxes and gearbox internal parts, bushes and sliding
parts, joints, itp. Those repairs can be done only at the buyer's expense.
b) use for any other purpose than those described in the operator's manual,
c) too fast lowering of the machine to the ground,
d) fortuitous events or other occurrences, for which the Manufacturer cannot bear any
responsibility,
e) damage of the trimmer's components due to operation with contaminated cutting bars,
f) any mechanical damages,
g) any damages resulting from trimmer non-wooden materials,
h) missing grease at points requiring lubrication, or insufficient amount of grease there,
i) missing or worn cutting knives, knife holder, cutting disk and scissor trimmer's
hydraulic assembly.
