Basic ACQ580 program setup
About the usage of thumbnails
Arrange the languages on the cover first (from top down: English, then all others
alphabetised by language code).
On the master pages of the inner pages, check that the thumbnails are in the same
order. The tables containing the thumbnails can be copy-pasted in their entirety
from the master pages of one file to the master pages of another file.
In the inner pages, do not delete the codes of the extraneous languages; simply
set the background colour of the boxes to white.
