3. Push rod replacement
(1) Turn the gear shown in the figure and put the finger into
the most open state.
(2) Pull the push rod toward you with fingers and put out it
from the grooved shaft of the hand assembly.
(3) Remove the lever shaft from the notch of the push rod.
(4) Remove the spring of the push rod from the lever.
(5) Put the spring of the BKFC-210's push rod (DV) on the
lever from the outside of the hand assembly.
(6) Insert the lever shaft into the notch of the push rod
(DV).
(7) Pass the push rod (DV) through the grooved shaft.
4. Shutter replacement
[Reference]
The hand assembly has each shutter on the right and left.
The two shutters are the same in a replacement method.
Replace the right and left shutters with shutters (DV).
(1) Remove the shaft cap and pull out the shutter.
(2) Pass the shutter (DV) of BKFC-210 through the shaft in
the direction shown in the figure.
Note: Adjust so that the boss of the sheet metal is
put in the opening of the shutter (DV).
(3) Fix using a new shaft cap.
(4) Move the shutters (DV) on the right and left with fingers
and confirm that they smoothly move without touching
the sensor. If the shutters touch the sensor, adjust the
position of the sensor board.
[Reference]
Loosen the screw fixing the sensor board and move the
sensor board in the direction indicated by the arrow. As
a result, the position of the sensor board can be adjusted.
