Alarm Meaning
Abnormal communication transition
to Link Down or Controller in Stop
mode during Operation Enable state.
The parameter setting is out of
range.
In power up when non volatile
parameter values exceed the current
Motor Max values.
The system initialization at power on
sequence has failed.
The communications initialization at
power on sequence has failed.
Flash load/Store execution failed
The loading of SERVOPACK infor-
mation has failed
Option card resource or configura-
tion problem
Main power is turned off during one
of the following states:
n S4: Operation
n S3: Switched On
n S51: Switching Off: ramp stop
n S52: Switching Off: quick stop
STW1.10 (controlled by PLC) =
FALSE during Enable Operation
state
