Hello, we are encountering the error message "encoder index mismatch". What does it mean? Furthermore the hardware test fail: if we switch off and after on the instrument, the instrument test is ok. Moreover we need to change the configuration every time we switch off/on the instrument. Thanks in advance.

The DS2500 Solid Analyzer is a compact measuring instrument for reflec- tion measurement in the near-infrared wavelength range. The polychro- matic light is dispersed by the monochromator built into the DS2500 Solid Analyzer into monochromatic wavelengths before striking the sample. This reduces sample heating.
