Using SensorControl Plus
* For appliances with integrated scales,
the options "> 300 ml" and "> 700 ml" are
not displayed for "CREAM". "0g" flashes on
the display. If a quantity of cream between
300 ml and 1500 ml has been added,
the display shows the quantity and the
appliance automatically uses the correct
settings. If less or more cream is added, the
displayed weight will flash.
Notes:
– Before using the automatic
SensorControl Plus for the first time, the
kitchen machine must have been running
for at least two minutes to ensure that the
sensors function correctly.
– Do not add ingredients until the program
has been selected and the scales
indicate "0 g" or "0.00 lb" (depending on
setting) or "ADD INGREDIENTS" appears
on the display.
– If the appliance is switched on with
the rotary switch, the menu is exited
immediately.
– When processing has been started with
SensorControl Plus, do not add any
more ingredients.
– SensorControl Plus is only programmed
for the described tools and food
(in the specified quantities). Other
combinations are not possible.
– The age, the temperature and the
contents of the ingredients affect the
time required and the result.
– SensorControl Plus cannot produce
optimum results unless the eggs are
fresh or the cream has been cooled
(approx. 6 °C).
– Cream which was previously frozen
cannot be whipped.
– Cream which contains additives or
lactose-free cream can not produce
ideal results.
– Do not add sugar, flavours or other
additives for cream or beaten egg white
until SensorControl Plus is complete.
– The buttons are locked once
SensorControl Plus has started.
30
– Turn the rotary switch to y to cancel
SensorControl Plus. A slight resistance
must be overcome for this.
– If the result is not how you wish it to be,
turn the rotary switch to setting 7 (for
cream and beaten egg white) or setting
3 (for yeast dough) and continue to
process the ingredients until the desired
consistency is achieved.
– Do not start SensorControl Plus a
second time with ingredients which have
already been processed.
