Service Strategy
The 1143A Probe Offset Control and Power Module consists of simple power
supplies and op-amp variable current sources. Circuitry is simple and
components are available off the shelf, so the service strategy is
component-level repair. The troubleshooting, parts lists, theory of operation,
and schematics support this repair level.
To clean the instrument
Use mild soap and water to clean the instrument. Harsh soaps will damage
the water-based paint finish of the instrument.
