- Page 4 Assembly Base Assembly 1. Slide the Bushing Insert (#7) into the Base Assembly (#2). Tap the Bushing Insert with a plastic or wooden mallet to to ensure it is secured tightly. 2. Push the Slider Tube Assembly (#1) into the Base Assembly. The Base Assembly may be tapped with a plastic or wooden mallet until the Slider Tube is all of the way to the bottom of the Base Assembly.
- Page 5 Assembly (continued) Mount Assembly 5. Extend the Inner Tube of the Slider Tube Assembly (#1) 3”-4” (7- 10 cm) for easier installation of the Adapter (#3). 6. Insert the Adapter (#3) into the Inner Tube, aligning the holes in the Adapter with the holes in the Tube.
- Page 6 Assembly (continued) Mount Assembly (continued) 8. Mount the the Studio VAE Control Pedestal onto the Adapter by rotating the bottom insert onto the threads on the top of the Adapter. Hand tighten only! Studio VAE Control Pedestal 9. The inner tube of the Slider Tube Assembly is lubricated with grease to extend the life of the inner components and to prevent corrosion during shipping and storage.
- Page 7 Operation Move the inner tube of the Studio VAE Control Pedestal Stand up or down to adjust the height of the control panel. Maintenance 1. Clean the Studio VAE Control Pedestal Stand with a mild detergent. Avoid using harsh or abrasive cleaning products.
