Transferring the Chassis to a Mechanical Lifting Device
Step 2
Prepare to use the mechanical lifting device by placing a piece of plywood or Masonite on the surface of the lift (to
prevent damaging the lower air plenums).
Step 3
With at least two people, move the chassis carefully from the pallet onto the lifting device as shown in th figure, below.
The chassis has lifting handles at either side.

required to move the chassis at your site safely. Always follow safety precautions when moving a chassis.
Caution
When moving or mounting the chassis, be careful not to apply pressure to the horizontal fiber management
areas on the chassis, or they may bend or break.
