Start up after extended period of storage

Close all pet cocks, reconnect water pipes, close the flow meter, release and close the
wash down spray gun.
Connect power to the machine, and turn on.
Connect a water feed to the water pump inlet
Press the water pump switch to turn on the water pump and observe operation. If the
motor fails to run and "buzzes" then turn off the water pump, and using a suitable wrench
loosen the 3 bolts on the end cap of the pump head by approx 2 turns. Insert a suitable flat
blade screw driver into the provided slots between the end cap and the pump head and
lightly "lever" on both sides until the cover lifts from the pump head. Restart the pump,
observe operation and while running retighten the 3 bolts until tight.
Turn off the water pump
Press the prime button and observe a "click" then slowly loosen the flow meter adjusting
knob until water can be seen running, release the prime button and observe the water to
stop.
The machine should now be ready for immediate use.
