4. BLADE REPLACEMENT

When changing blades, the battery must fi rst be removed from the tool.
After extended use, the blades may lose their cutting edge.
Replace the blades as follows (Ref. to fi g. 2):
Disassemble the blade guide (6), removing the screws (18).
Unscrew the 20mm lockring (11) with a hook wrench, introduce the Allen key into the pin (12)
so to counteract the rotation, then extract pin and lockring.
Remove the pin(13) following the same procedure.
Remove the o-ring (15) and extract the pin (16).
Remove the damaged blades (1), extracting the bush (17).
Correctly couple the two new blades and introduce the bush into the central hole (17), then place
the whole inside the head (2).
Reassemble the pins (12 and 13) by screwing the lockring (11 and 14).
Reassemble the pin (16) through the O-ring (15).
Firmly fi x the blade guide (6) with screws (18).
5. CONNECTION TO COMPUTER (Smartool technology)
The memory card integrated in the tool records operating data for transfer via the USB cable supplied.
To view and manage this data, go to www.cembre.com and register in the dedicated area, then
download the free Cembre software CEM_SWBT01.
Keeping the Firmware of the tool updated, via free of charge download from here, will optimise
the tool's performance.

6. RETURN TO Cembre FOR OVERHAUL

In the case of a breakdown contact our Area Agent who will advise you on the problem and give
you the necessary instructions on how to dispatch the tool to our nearest service Centre; if possible,
attach a copy of the Test Certifi cate supplied by Cembre together with the tool or fi ll in and attach
the form available in the "ASSISTANCE" section of the Cembre website.
