WARNINGS:

Installation, electrical connection and setting up of the pump must be carried
out by skilled personnel in compliance with the general and local safety regula-
tions in force. Failure to abide by these instructions invalidates every right to the
guarantee, as well as endangering persons and things.
This device can be used by children at age at least 8 years and by people with
limited physical and mental abilities, and by people with lack of experience and
knowledge, if instruction concerning safty use of the device will be provided, so
that the associated risks will be understood. Children should not play with the
device. Children should not be allowed to clean and maintain the equipment.
RANGE OF USE:
This circulation pump is suitable for drinking water only.

INSTALLATION:

On the delivery pipe or the return pipe. The arrow stamped on the pump body indi-
cates the direction of flow - FIG. 1. Install an interception valve on both the intake
pipe and the delivery pipe - FIG. 2.
ALWAYS fit the circulation pump with the motor shaft in a horizontal position,
avoiding the dripping of water onto the motor and onto the terminal board - FIG. 3.
The water hardness TH should not be higher than 15 �F.
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION:
Supply voltage and frequency must be the same as shown on the data plate.
The circulation pump must ALWAYS BE CONNECTED TO EARTH. Make the
connection as indicated below - FIG. 4.
Fit a two-pole switch with contact opening distance of at least 3 mm. Pow-
er supply should be connected via an appropriate fuse. Use rubber cables
H05RR-F 3xO,75 mm
STARTING UP:
After installation, fill and bleed the system before running the pump. Start the
circulation pump at top speed - FIG. 6.
If it is necessary to bleed air from the motor, slowly slacken the breather cap
and let the water flow out for a few seconds - FIG. 7. Avoid running the circulation
pump when there is no water in the system. Take care, danger of scalds - FIG. 8.
Speed adjustment, on pumps provided with the necessary device, is accom-
plished by turning the knob of the three-position switch, even when the motor
is live - FIG. 9.

MAINTENANCE:

The circulation pump does not require any maintenance.
At the start of the winter season, ensure that the motor shaft is not blocked - FIG. 10.
