The following conditions must be met at the installation site of the
lifting column:
n
The substrate (e.g. metal plate, foot, foundation) and the
screwing surfaces are engineered for the structural and
dynamical loads.
n
The installation site has a smooth floor area, is free from vibra-
tions, oscillations or shocks, and is moisture-resistant.
Sufficient lighting is available.

The installation site is clean and dry, and free from dust and
objects.
n
The atmosphere must be free from solvents.
n
All of the connections required on site are available.
Room temperature: +5 - +40 °C
n
Relative humidity: 30 - 75 %
n
Air pressure: 700 hPa - 1060 hPa
n
n
Temperatures below the dew point are not permitted.

Floating bearing
Ideally, two or more lifting columns are positioned parallel next to
one another, and they run synchronously, up and down, at the
same height at any given time. In reality there are many factors
which do not allow this simple approach.
Adhere to the following when planning the connecting construction:
