7.4.1 Assembly on the inner profile

The application surface for fixing the inner profile must be level. A full area mounting on a stable sub-
structure is required.
For assembly, proceed as follows:
Screw the M8 fastening screws into the tappings to a tightening torque of 15 Nm. The minimum screw-
in depth is 20 mm for an initial assembly, 40 mm when assembly is carried out again.
The assembly plate (QZD020549) is not suitable for assembly of the ML II safety

7.4.2 Assembly on the outer profile or the base plate

The application surface for fixing the outer profile with a mounted base plate must be level. A full area
mounting on a stable substructure is required. Please observe the minimum screw-in depth.
For assembly, proceed as follows:

Insert the M8 fixing screws according to DIN 7991 or DIN EN ISO 10642 through the base
plate and bolt onto the base with a tightening torque of 15 Nm.
