2.2 Fundamental responsibilities of the manufacturer

The responsibilities of the manufacturer for the safety, reliability and usability of the device is invalidated
if:
assembly, extensions, changes or repairs are carried out by persons have not been authorised
to so by the manufacturer,
the electric installation of the relevant room does not correspond with the relevant
specifications,
the device is not used and/or installed when observing the assembly instructions,
components or parts of the device are replaced or even exchanged with components or parts
from other manufacturers.
We explicitly inform you that original parts not supplied by the manufacturer as well as those for the de-
vice at hand have not been tested or approved by us. The installation or use of such products can there-
fore change the properties of the device and impair safety. The manufacturer is not liable for damage that
has resulted from the use of parts and accessories that have not been approved for by the manufacturer
of this device. The manufacturer guarantee is cancelled in event of unauthorised disassembly or incorrect
assembly of the components where IP protection is intended.
