INSTALLATION
2.6. AIR CONNECTION (Fig.2.13)
Ensure that:
– there is no water condensate or solid impurities
in the compressed air supply system (residues
of emulsified oil, scale, etc.);
– the air supply distribution pressure is not less
than 7 bar;
– the maximum pressure in the machine circuit
does not exceed 6 bar.
– Close the pressure regulator turning the knob C
to end of travel.
– Connect the air tube A (12 mm inner diameter).
– Turn the lever B of the pneumatic on-off valve
after having removed the padlock.
– Turn the knob C to adjust the pressure to 6 bar
and check the value on the pressure gauge D.
2.7. SUCTION CONNECTION (Fig. 2.14)
Characteristics of the suction system:
Minimum suction rate

Connect the suction mouths A1, A2, A3 (∅ 120
mm), A4 (∅ 150 mm) of the machine to the main
suction system and fix them with metal clamps.
Refer to the specific layout showing the
installation distances, the connections to the
machine and the effective consumption.
– Avoid elbow bends in the tubes.
– Always start the suction system before starting
the machine.
– Do not use the machine without suction.
AUFSTELLUNG
2.6. DRUCKLUFTANSCHLUSS (Abb.2.13)
– sich in der Druckluftanlage kein Kondenswasser
gebildet hat und sich keine Schmutzpartikel
angesammelt haben (Reste von in Wasser
emulgiertem Öl, Verkrustungen usw.);
– der Druck im Verteilungsnetz nicht unter 7 bar
liegt;
– im Druckluftsystem der Maschine kein höherer
Druck als 6 bar herrscht.
– Den Druckregler durch vollständiges Zudrehen
des Knaufes C schließen.
– Das
(Innendurchmesser 12 mm).
– Den Hebel B des Luftsperrventils nach Entfernen
des Vorhängeschlosses drehen
– Über den Knauf C den Druck auf 6 bar einstellen
und mit der Anzeige des Manometers D
vergleichen.
2.7. ANSCHLUSS

Saugluftmenge
Die Saugstutzen A1, A2, A3 (∅ 120 mm), A4 (∅ 150
mm) der Maschine an die Absauganlage anschließen
und mit Hilfe von Metallschellen festklemmen.
Den spezifischen Lageplan in Betracht ziehen,
auf dem die Daten für die Montage, die
Maschinenanschlüsse und der tatsächliche
– Nie Kniestücke in die Rohrleitungen einsetzen.
– Vor Inbetriebsetzen der Maschine stets die
Absauganlage einschalten.
– Die Maschine nie ohne Absaugung verwenden.
Sicherstellen, daß :
Druckluftrohr
Verbrauch angegeben sind.
