2.5. ELECTRICAL CONNECTION (Fig. 2.12)
– The connection must be made by a skilled
technician.
– Ensure that the line voltage corresponds to that
for which it has been set up (check the machine
identification plate) with a maximum tolerance
of ± 5%.
– Ensure that the electric system is dimensioned
to support the current absorbed by the machine
and that the connection cables are suitably
dimensioned (check against table).
The subject table is valid for cables up to 100 m long and with
direct connection between the line and the electric equipment.
The power (kW), voltage (Volt), current (A= ampere) are indi-
cated on the identification plate.
In case of a power supply with transformer, refer to the trans-
former data plate.
Connect the machine to the electric system as fol-
lows:
– Turn the main switch C to position 0.
– Open the door of the electric box with the key
provided.
– Insert the power cable in its cable clamp P.
– Connect the three phases of the power cable to
the terminals L1, L2, L3 of the main switch C
located inside the electric panel.
– Connect the earth cable (yellow-green) to the
terminal PE adjacent to the terminals of the main
switch C.
– Close the door of the electric box with the key
provided.
– Turn the main switch C to position I.
– Check the correct direction of rotation of the
motor, observing that the impeller of the electric
fan located under the air cushion bench turns in
the direction indicated on the motor casing.
– Press the BLADE START button (see paragraph
3.1) and check that it turns in the required direc-
tion.
If not, invert two of the three phases on the cutter
terminals.

2.5. STROMANSCHLUSS (Abb. 2.12)
– Sämtliche Arbeitsgänge zum Stromanschluß
dürfen ausschließlich durch einen Fachtechniker
ausgeführt werden.
– Überprüfen, ob die Netzspannung den vorgesehenen
Werten entspricht (mit den diesbezüglichen Angaben
am Maschinenkennschild vergleichen); zulässiger
Toleranzwert max. ± 5%.
– Überprüfen, ob die elektrische Ausrüstung auf die
Stromaufnahme der Maschine ausgelegt ist (vgl.
hierzu die Schilddaten) und ob die Netzkabel richtig
bemessen sind (vgl. hierzu die Tabellenwerte).
Die obigen Tabellenwerte gelten für Kabel mit einer Länge bis
und mit direktem Anschluß des Schaltgerätes an die Netzleitung.
Leistung (KW), Spannung (Volt), Stromstärke (A=Ampere) sind
auf dem Maschinenkennschild angegeben.
Bei Trafo-Speisung die Schilddaten des Transformators
nachprüfen.
Der Stromanschluß
folgendermaßen vorzunehmen:
– Den Hauptschalter C in Position 0 drehen.
– Die Schaltschranktür unter Verwendung des
beigestellten Schlüssels öffnen.
– Das Anschlußkabel
Kabelniederhalter P einführen.
– Die drei Phasen des Anschlußkabels an die
Klemmen L1, L2, L3 des Hauptschalters C im
Schaltschrank anschließen.
– Das Erdungskabel (gelb-grün) an die Klemme
PE (neben den Klemmen des Hauptschalters C)
anschließen.
– Die Schaltschranktür mit dem beigestellten
Schlüssel schließen.
– Den Hauptschalter C in Position I drehen.
– Die ordnungsgemäße Drehrichtung der Motoren
überprüfen: die Lüfterräder eines unter dem
Arbeitstisch angebrachten Gebläses zur
Erzeugung des Luftkissens müssen in der am
Motorgehäuse angezeigten Richtung drehen.
– Die Taste STARTEN DES SÄGEBLATTES (s.
Abschn. 3.1) betätigen und sich vergewissern, daß
dieses in der vorschriftsmäßigen Richtung dreht.
Im gegenteiligen Fall zwei der drei Phasen auf
den Klemmen des Trennschalters untereinander
austauschen.
