Overview of Pressure Control Features
The pressure cooking lid automatically seals for easy pressure cooking, but does
not lock into place when closed. The lid can be removed during Pre-heating but
locks into place once the cooker has pressurised.

Do not attempt to remove the lid while the float valve is up.
CAUTION
Always check the lid for damage and excessive wear prior to cooking.

Quick Release Button
The quick release button controls the steam release valve, sealing and venting the
cooker as you desire.
