Operate the sensor out of the
operating temperature range
Power supply is out of the
defi ned range
Position measurement is
infl uenced by an external
magnetic fi eld
Cylinder bore hole too small
Cylinder bore hole after
welding too small
Sharp edges
Rough sensor handling
Welding after installation
Cables are damaged
Loose connectors
Spacers are missing or
installed in a wrong order

The sensor will not work
