3.3. CONNECTION

Before connection and start-up of the system thoroughly check the system for damages. To make
leakproof screwed joints use teflon tape or nylon cord.
After installation of the filter carefully turn on the water and make sure the connections are leak-
tight. In case of leaks in screwed joints screw them with special wrench key or with your hands.
ATTENTION!
To provide filter's correct operation and prevent accidents due to pressure drops the manufacturer
recommends to apply pressure regulating valve that is installed into the line before the filter. You
can buy the product in specialized sanitary ware stores.
Recommended: Honeywell, models D05, D06.
Design of the filter provides convenience of system connection to water supply mains and drainage.
To connect to inlet and outlet ports located in the back of the system, disconnect the demountable
socket and pull the pipe back.
