USER'S MANUAL. AQUAPOINT FILTER
5. INSTALLATION AND REPLACEMENT OF FILTERS
To replace filters, the following actions must be performed in the sequence indicated on the refer-
ence sticker at the bottom of the filter's cover:

. Turn off the faucet of water supply to the filter. Depressurize the filter. For this,
turn off the faucet of water supply installed before the filter, and turn on the faucet
installed after the filter.

. Screw off the filter vessel with special service wrench and remove the exhausted
filter. Use the tray to discharge water remaining in the filter. Wash the vessel and the
cover of the filter.

. Install the new filter into the vessel. Put the rubber O-ring seal into the vessel
cavity and spread it. If the seal is damaged, it is necessary to install a new one (has
to be purchased additionally). Screw in the vessel with filter to the cover tight with
your hands.

. Turn on the faucet of water supply to the filter and check leaktightness of the
connections.

. Take off the top cover of the filter.

. Evacuate the air from the bulb at the inlet. For this you need to press the red but-
ton #1. Hold it until water appears.

. Evacuate the air from the bulb at the outlet. For this you need to press the red
button #2. Hold it until water appears.

. Install back the top cover of the filter.

. Drain 10 liters of water from the filter until the pure water appears.

. The filter is ready for application. Use the purified water.
If the quality of the purified water does not allow usage of the polypropylene filter for a long pe-
riod of time, it is recommended to apply polypropylene string wound filter of the necessary size
produced by Ecosoft.
