1. Introduction

1.1 System Configuration

• Auto Blocker
This product is Auto Blocker CAB-4000, lenses can be checked and blocked in
automatically. So the CAB-4000 eliminates the need for manual inspection and blocking of
the lens. Also, with the CAB-4000 a frame can be read in simple step.

1.2 Main Features

• This can block all kinds of lenses in which include the normal lens without 3 dot,
the bi-focal lens, the multi-focal lens and the lens with 3 dot.
• TFT-LCD (8.4") True color display device and touch screen are harmonized to
offer the maximum convenience for everyday use
• Frame Reader Module reads a frame as well as a pattern, and then sends it to the
main GUI display module.
• This includes not only the image processing module but also the lensmeter
module so that it can block from a normal lens without 3 dot to a multi-focal lens.
• We can design all information for the layout and the edging at one page, and send
it to other two edger machines.
• Graphically Designed Test Mode enables the operator to effectively perform the
routine maintenance without the technical assistance
• Any shape and material of a frame from rimless to goggles are automatically and
precisely scanned with 3D technology ensuring no margin of error
