Remote Administration
Select this item to view the Remote Administration
menu.
Remote Administration
Select "Enabled" to allow Remote Administration,
such as the POST/BIOS Update Utility, to be run from
a remote system without requiring entry of your
Administrator password. Default is Enabled.
NOTE: If the Password Prompt is set to "On", it will be
reset when Remote Administration is set to
Enabled.
Network Boot Integrity Services
Select whether to use the Boot Integrity Services
(BIS) protocol prior to startup from the network.
Before allowing a network startup, BIS ensures the
startup image is valid and is authorized for this
system. Default is Disabled.
Set Passwords
Select this option to set up the User and
Administrator Passwords.
User Password
Set User Password
Select this line to set, change, or delete the User
password. Once a User password is set, you will be
prompted for this password every time the system is
turned on before you can use it. Default is Enter.
NOTE: To delete user password, enter blank fields for
each New Password line item.
