Locking Out Memory Channels - ADI AQ-16 Manual

● To reverse the scan direction, use [UP] (upward scan) or [DOWN]
(downward scan) key to select.
3.To quit Memory Scan, press any key other than [LAMP] and
[UP]/[DOWN] key.
Note:
● There must be 2 memory channels at least.
● The Squelch function must be close before scan.
● You can also scan in CH mode.

Locking Out Memory Channels

You can lock out memory channels that you prefer not to monitor
during Memory Channel Scan.
1.Press [V/M] key to enter MR mode.
2.Use [UP]/[DOWN] key to select the memory channel to be lock
out/unlock out.
3.Press [F]+[0] to lockout/unlock out.
● When " " appear on LCD display, it means the current memory
channel is not locked out, otherwise, the memory channel is locked out.
DTMF
Using this function, you can select these transceivers which you
would like to call.
Switch DTMF function On/Off
1.In VFO/MR mode ， use [UP]/[DOWN] key to select the
frequency/channel which you would like to be with DTMF code.
● In CH mode ， DTMF function can not be switched on/off.
● In MR mode ， each separate memory channel can be switched on/off
DTMF function.
2. Press [MENU] key to enter menu mode.
● The menu appears.
3.Use [UP]/[DOWN] key to select Menu No.19.
4.Press [F] key.
● The menu appears "OFF"(default).
5.Use [UP]/[DOWN] key to switch DTMF function ON/OFF.
6.Press [F] key to confirm your setting.
