◆ If you select NAMINH, please press [F] key again to edit memory
channel's name, the first digit blinks.
a.Use [UP]/[DOWN] key to select first alphanumeric character.
● You can choose A ~ Z, *, 0 ~ 9, -, +, _, /, . or a blank.
b.Press [F] key to input the next character.
● The second digit blinks.
c.Repeat Step a and Step b to input up to 6 digits.
d.After inputting the 6th digit, press [F] key to finish and exit setting mode.
● If want to amend/clear the memory channel name which you just input
or set the next memory channel's name, please operate from Step a,
then press [F] key to confirm to return menu system.
● If you don't input any character as memory channel's name, then you
only can see the memory channel number.
5.Press any other key than [UP]/[DOWN] key to exit menu
system.
Clearing Memory Channel
1.In MR/CH mode, use [UP]/[DOWN] key to select the desired
memory channel which will be erased.
2.Switch OFF the power of the transceiver.
3.Press and hold [F] key, meanwhile, switch the power ON.
● A confirmation message appears.
● Release [F] key when the confirmation message appears.
4.Use [UP]/[DOWN] key to select MEMRST menu, then press [F]
key twice to confirm, the memory channel will be cleared.

Initializing Memory

If your transceiver seems to be malfunctioning, initializing the
transceiver may resolve the problem. Remember that you need to
re-program memory channels after initialization. On the other
hand, initialization is a quick way to clear all memory channels.
Note:
While using the Channel or Transceiver Lock function, you can't do Partial
Reset nor Full Reset.
