4. Maintenance and Inspection

4-1 Maintenance

Gasoline is highly volatile fluid. Never use it for cleaning. Or it may catch a fire or explode. Clean the machine
with cleaning oil and dry it with air blow.
-Before maintenance or inspection of the machine, be sure to disconnect the power cable from the AC outlet. Or
it may cause an electrical shock.
-Since the machine is stained with oil or any other fluid easily, be sure to clean it regularly.
-Do not clean the operation panel with organic solvent such as thinner.
-Periodically clean the filter so that it cannot be clogged.
-When you assemble the filter on the machine, be careful no to remove the filter or packing from the corresponding
groove, and tighten them securely.
Procedure for cleaning the filter
1.
Clean the filter attached on the edge of the
suction hose for new oil. (See Fig. 4-1.)
2.
The filter for the wasted oil is attached on the base of the flexible nozzle. Remove it in the same manner and clean
it. (See Fig. 4-2.)
Procedure for replacing the signal light lamp
1.
Remove the screws from the signal light cover.
2.
Remove the cover as indicated with the arrow marks, and
turn the lamps anticlockwise to remove them.
Then, replace them with new lamps. (See Fig. 4-3.)
3.
Replace the cover in the reverse procedure to disassembling the cover,
and fix it with the screws.
(Lamp specifications: AC100 V, 15 W)
