Installing the
Non-Drive-Side Bracket
to the Cutting Unit
Parts needed for this procedure:

Flange nut (5/16 inch)
2
Flange-head bolt (5/16 x 1 inch)
Procedure
Use 2 flange-head bolts (5/16 x 1 inch) and 2 flange
nuts (5/16 inch) to install the non-drive-side bracket to
the cutting unit as shown in
Figure 18

Positioning the Brush
No Parts Required
Procedure
1.
Loosen the 2 nuts and bolts securing each
bracket to the cutting unit.
2.
Position the roller brush so that it is just touching
or resting on the rear roller.
Important:
Heavy brush contact on the
roller causes premature brush wear.
3.
Tighten the 2 nuts and bolts securing each
bracket to the cutting unit.
