Synco zoning

Zoning on Synco is based on KNX and comprises the following zones for Synco
700 devices, RXB/RXL room controllers, RDG/RDF/RDU room thermostats,
GxB181 VAV controller, AQR flush-mounted sensors, and QMX3 room units:
