6.1 Dismantling
1. The following components must be dismantled for
the ignition system to be accessible:
The air filter cover, spark plug and cylinder cover.
2. Unhook the throttle cable from the carburettor. See
Figure 1.
3. Remove the 4 screws and lift off the engine body.
See Figure 2.
4. Remove the ignition module (A) by removing the two
screws (C).The ignition module is held in the correct
position against the fan housing cover by means of
two guide bushings.
Note the loose air guide plate (B) in the fan housing
cover.
