5. Remove both screws (D) that hold the centrifugal
clutch. See Figure 3.
Lift off the clutch.
Note the spacers between the flywheel and the
centrifugal clutch.
6. Remove the nut holding the flywheel. Fit puller
502 51 49-02 on the flywheel. Loosen and remove
the nut.
7. Dismantle the flywheel from the crankcase using
the puller no. 502 51 49-02. Gently knock the puller
screw with a hammer, if the flywheel sits tightly on
the crankshaft.
6.2 Cleaning and inspection
Clean and inspect all parts.
Worn or damaged parts are replaced with new ones.
