5.3.7 Final assembly - Height adjustment

To adjust the final height of the Termopalex (cladding
fire bed height), just turn the adjustment screws locted
on the base. Adjsut the screws (Fig. 5.3.7: A-
adjsutment screw, B-fire bed height), until the piece is
at the established height with respect to the cladding,
while ensuring that the base of the fire box is level.
5.3.8 Plumbing system
Connection to the plumbing system and the plumbing
system must be in compliance with current national
laws and standards, and realized by qualified personnel
(in Italy, ref. M.D. D.M. 1/12/1975 and UNI 10412-2).
Hydraulic connection of the system must be made
before installing the upper part of the cladding and the
counter hood.
a) Make hydraulic connections to the boiler body as
shown in the hydraulic diagrams. Refer to the hydraulic
section (pp. 59-65).
b) Avoid direct connection to the water mains.
c) Before installing the cladding check for leaks in the
pipes connected to the water system.
d) Make sure that all the control and safety devices
including those supplied with the fireplace are
installed correctly (safety and heat exhaust valves).

5.3.9 Hydraulic connections
When making hydraulic connections, adhere to local,
national and European standards.
The Termopalex must be installed in accordance with
the instructions and hydraulic diagrams on pages 58-
65 of this manual.
Installation must be made in compliance with current
national laws and standards (in Italy ref. UNI 10412-2).
IT IS PROHIBITED to install room thermostats on the
system that start or stop the circulation pump, to adjust
the temperature in the rooms. For safety reasons the
pump must ALWAYS work any time the fire is lit,
disposing of the heat produced inside the
TERMOPALEX . If it is too hot in the rooms, reduce the
fire, even until it goes out if wanted.
The Termopalex has four sleeves of 1"1/4, two for
delivery at the top at the base of the hood and two at
bottom on the sides for return. The ones on the right or
left can be used or also crossed over, the rest are to be
closed off with plugs. Merely as an indicative example,
the two possible connections are shown here

5.3.7 Endgültige Montage - Höheneinstellung
Zur Einstellung der endgültigen Höhe des Termopalex
Monoblocks (Höhe Feuerstelle der Verkleidung),
genügt es, auf die unteren
einzuwirken. Die Schrauben (Abb. 5.3.7 A-
Einstellschraube, B-Höhe Feuerstelle) drehen, b i s
das Teil auf der vorgesehenen Höhe der Verkleidung
ist, dabei beachten, dass das Unterteil des
Feuerraums in der Waage ist.
5.3.8 Hydraulikanlage
Der Anschluss an die Wasseranlage und die Anlage
selbst müssen unter Einhaltung der im Land geltenden
Gesetze und Vorschriften von Fachpersonal ausgeführt
werden (in Italien siehe Ministerialerlass D.M. 1/12/1975
und UNI 10412-2). Der hydraulische Anschluss an die
Anlage muss vor der Installation des oberen Teils der
Verkleidung und der Gegenhaube ausgeführt werden.
a)

b) Keinen direkten Anschluss an die Wasserleitung
durchführen.
c) Vor der Installation der Verkleidung sicherstellen,
dass die Wasser-Anschlussleitungen dicht sind.
d) Sicherstellen, dass alle mitgelieferten Kontroll- und
Sicherheitsvorrichtungen (Sicherheitsventil und
Wärmeablassventil) korrekt installiert sind.

5.3.9 Wasseranschlüsse
Bei der Ausführung der hydraulischen Anschlüsse, die
lokalen, nationalen und europäischen Normen
beachten.
Die Kompaktheizkamine Termopalex müssen unter
Beachtung der Anweisungen und der Hydraulikpläne
auf den Seiten 58-65 dieses Handbuchs ausgeführt
werden.
Die Installation muss entsprechend der im Land
geltenden Gesetze und Normen ausgeführt werden
(in Italien siehe UNI 10412-2).
In die Anlage DÜRFEN KEINE Raumthermostate
eingesetzt werden, die die Umwälzpumpe für die
Regulierung der Raumtemperatur starten oder
stoppen. Aus Sicherheitsgründen muss, so lange im
Heizkamin Feuer brennt, die Pumpe IMMER
funktionieren,
TERMOPALEX abzuleiten. Sollte die Raumtemperatur
zu hoch sein, das Feuer kleiner stellen oder ganz
ausgehen lassen.
Der Termopalex hat vier Muffen mit 1"1/4, zwei für die
Druckleitung oben am Unterteil der Abzugshaube und
zwei unten an den Aussenseiten für die Rücklaufleitung.
Es können die rechten und linken, oder auch über
Kreuz verwendet werden, die übrigen werden mit
Kappen verschlossen. Nur als Hinweis zeigen wir
hier seitlich zwei Anschlussvorschläge.
