5.3.4 Positioning of walls

Fig. 5.3.4.1:
1) Place the refractory mortar mixture (20% normal
cement, 40% refractory cement, 40% refractory earth)
on the hearth (3a, 3b);
2) Position the walls (4), placing between them and
the boiler (1a) a strip of ceramic fibre (F).
Attention: check that the walls (4) adhere to the fibre
on the boiler (1a);
3) Position the wall (5) (externally flush with the hearth
3a and 3b), place between the walls (4) and (5)
refractory sealing mortar;
4) Position the columns (6) against the wall (5) after
placing refractory mortar on the side in contact. If the
fireplace is to be installed with right or left opening,
install only one wall (5-6).

5) Place the strip of ceramic fibre (F) on the upper part
of the walls (4-5-6) and on the boiler (1a).
6) Fasten the under-hood element (11a).

5.3.4 Positionierung der Wände
Abb. 5.3.4.1:
1) Die feuerfeste Mörtelmasse vorbereiten (20%
normaler Zement, 40% feuerfester Zement und 40%
Schamotte) und sie auf der Brennebene (3a, 3b)
auftragen;
2) Die Wände (4) positionieren, und zwischen ihnen
und dem Heizkessel (1a) eine Schickt Keramikfaser
(F) einfügen.
Achtung: sicherstellen, dass die Wände (4) auf der
Faser auf dem Heizkessel (1a) aufliegen;
3) Die Wand (5) positionieren (außen auf der
Brennebene 3a und 3b anliegend), zwischen den
Wänden (4) und (5) feuerfesten Versiegelungsmörtel
auftragen;
4) Die Säulen (6) gegen die Wand (5) positionieren,
nachdem auf der Kontaktseite feuerfester Mörtel
aufgetragen wurde. Falls der Kaminofen mit re oder li
Öffnung installiert werden soll, nur eine Wand (5-6)
montieren.

5) Das Keramikfaserband (F) auf der Oberseite der
Wände (4-5-6) und auf dem Heizkessel (1a)
anbringen.
6) Das Unterteil der Abzugshaube (11a) befestigen.
