Problem

Solution
Check if the mains cord is connected to the
rice cooker properly and if the plug is
inserted firmly into the wall socket.

The automatic keep-warm mode only
applies to the rice, congee, soup, stew and
dessert menus.
If the appliance is not plugged in, the power
