Radio wave reception is affected by weather conditions and the radio wave
environment at the time of reception. If you are unable to successfully receive
radio waves even when following the procedure described in section 4 entitled,
"Reception of Radio Waves", maps are available that indicate the direction of travel
of radio waves from the radio wave transmitter stations. Please inquire to the
Citizen Consumer Help Desk if you have difficulty in receiving radio waves.
