CMD displacement signal for axial displacement, defined using TRIOS software in
Orthogonal Superposition mode (OSP). Scaling is ± 5.0 VDC = ± 50 micron displace-
ment.
Outputs a DC voltage proportional to the axial transducer displacement in Orthogonal
Superposition mode (OSP). Scaling is ± 5.0 VDC = ± 50 micron displacement.
