REPAIR

To conduct repair or maintenance
work trustfully contact a specialist
workshop. Personnel there are well
trained to carry out the work required.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

In case you have any questions or need
help please contact your specialist
dealer who has been education accord-
ing to our standards on our premises
and who will provide consulting, serv-
ice as well as repairs.

SPARE PARTS

Spare parts can only be ordered from
specialist dealers. In the event of re-
pairs, use only original spare parts!
You must state the serial number (Fz-
I-Nr.) of the wheelchair when order-
ing spare parts in order to ensure that
the correct spare part is supplied! You
will find this on the type plate.

Whenever a wheelchair change/mod-
ification is carried out by the special-
ist dealer, the supplementary informa-
tion, e.g. assembly/operating instruc-
tions must be attached to the operat-
ing manual for the wheelchair, the
date of the modification must be re-
corded and stated when ordering
spare parts.
This prevents the use of incorrect or-
dering information when spare parts
are ordered.

Reinstallment

For reinstallment no further measures
other than those described in chapter
< maintenance > are necessary.

Disposal

The vehicle packing material can be
disposed of as recyclable material.
The metal parts can be disposed of as
recyclable scrap metal.
The plastic parts can be disposed of as
recyclable plastic.
The disposal must occur in accordance
with the respective national regula-
tions.
Please enquire about local disposal
companies at your local authority.
