2. Push in on the bulb and rotate it counter-
clockwise to remove it from the socket.

Install the new bulb in the socket by pushin g
it In and rotating it clockwise.
4.
Install th e lens and secure with th e screws.
HEADLIGHT
The correct headlight bulb is Arctic pin
0109-735.
Remo ving Headli ght Bul b
•
NOTE: The bulb portion of the headlight is
fragile . HA NDLE WITH CARE. When replac-
ing the headlight bulb, t he bulb assembly must
fi rst be removed from th e housing.
1. To releas e the retaining ring, depr ess the ring
and rotate it counterclockwise. Slide the reo
taining ring do wn the w iring harne ss (Fig.
32).

remove bul b from harness co nnector.

While ho lding bulb by the metal base, in st al l
the bulb in th e harne ss connect or.
2.
Install bulb wit h harness att ached into
headlight housing.
3. Install retaining ring o nto bac k of headli ght
hou sing making sure ring " TOP" is properl y
posit io ned. Depress ring and rot at e cloc kwi se
to lock in place.

Do not operate the snowmobile unless headlight beam
is adjusted properly. An incorrectly adjusted beam will
not provide the operator the amount of light necessary
for safe operation at night.
Adju st ing Headlight A im
The headli ght ca n be adj uste d fo r vert ical and
hori zontal aim of the HIG HILOW beam . The
geo met ric ce nte r of HIGH bea m zone is to be
used fo r vert ica l and ho rizonta l aiming.
