Installation Instructions for Pipeline Suspension Track Modular
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- This product suspends only from the ceiling.
- This instruction shows a typical installation.

Section One: Cut the Track

PHILLIPS
SCREW
2: Loosen the Phillips screw on the Insert Power Jack and
carefully pull it out from the track.

3: Loosen the #4-40 set screw on the clip with a 0.05" Allen wrench and slide it inside the track.
4: Determine the desired length of the track. Measure and slowly cut the track to desired length using a hack saw or chop saw
with a metal cutting blade (recommended).
5: Slide the clip back to the proper location and tighten the #4-40 set screw to lock it in place.

1: Remove the two Phillips screws on one end of the track
assembly to remove the plug.

POWER JACK PLUG PHILLIPS SCREW TRACK Section Two: Installing the Middle Support ( only for lengths greater than 72" NOTE: Omit these steps if the modular track is less than 72" or does not come with the Suspension Track Mounting Clip.

For all other connections refer to the design. 1: To install the connector (power end cap shown) align the connector with the channel and slide into place. 2: Refer to the instruction that is provided with the connector to complete the installation.
