5. Disengage the wire clips, then disconnect the four AC power cords from the rear of the
system.
Note
Label any cables you remove to make reconnecting them easier.
Procedure
1. Remove the bezel on your DD9500/DD9800 system by grasping both hand holds and
pressing toward the center of the bezel until the latches release from the sides of the
chassis. The red circles identify the latches on each bezel.

The storage processor (SP) is a subassembly that contains the DIMMs and a fan tray with
8 fan modules.
Procedure
1. Unlock the SP module by loosening the single blue thumbscrew.
