2 easyDial Functions Settings The settings in easyDial can be used to set a date and time, select a temperature unit, and adjust the acoustic signal’s volume. Import and export functions The import and export functions can be used, for example, to import and export cookbooks and run software updates.
The controls on your combi oven include a series of buttons and a rotary encoder called the Convotherm-Dial (C-Dial). These buttons, together with the C-Dial and the unit’s displays, can be used to select and use all of the unit’s functions.
