2.3.4 Screen gaps adjustment

1 Open the screen unit.
2 Loosen 3 fixing screws for screen adjustment with a
3mm hex key (fixing screws: 1 for horizontal, 1 for
vertical on each side)
H. fixing screw
(on right side)
H adjusting screw
(on right side)
V. fixing screws
(on both sides)
V. adjusting screws
(on both sides)
3 Adjust the screen position by turning the adjustment
screws with 4mm hex key so that the screen gaps will
be as follows:
(H) 2.5mm, (V) 2mm
<H adjusting screw>
One clockwise turn of the screw shifts the screen
0.7mm to the right.
<V adjusting screw>
One clockwise turn of the screw shifts the screen
0.7mm to the lower.
· Close the screen unit to check the gap and repeat
the steps until being appropriate. Tighten the 5
fixing screws after the adjustment.
· The screens can be rotated by different travel
distance on both vertical adjustment screws.
4 After the adjustment, tighten the 3 fixing screws
which have been loosened in the step 2.
· The screen unit may touch adjacent screens
depending on the gap adjustment. Adjust the gaps
appropriately.
Gap adjustment
In case of existing the gap between the screen unit and
the cabinet, adjust the gap by the following procedure.
1 Loosen 4 screws (2 on each side).
2 Tighten the fixing screws on both side drawing the
nail while pressing the screen against the cabinet.
