1995SL CRT Monitor Service Guide
1. B﹢ ﹢ ﹢ ﹢ Adjustment
a. Input mode 91K (1280x1024) with cross-hatch Pattern.
b. Set brightness and contrast in OSD to maximal value.
c. Adjust main board VR701 to main 200V ± ± ± ± 0.5V.

2. HV Adjustment

a. Input mode 91K (1280x1024) with cross-hatch pattern.
b. Adjust VR301 to let anode voltage be 27 ± ± ± ± 0.1KV (for Hitachi & Samsung CRT)
or 26 ± ± ± ± 0.1KV(for Philips CRT).

3. H-center Adjustment :

a. Input mode 91K (1280x1024) with raster pattern.
b. If raster center is near the center of the screen
If raster center is near the right side of the screen
If raster center is near the left side of the screen

4. H-size preset :

a. Input mode 37.5K (640x480) with H-size limit pattern.
b. Use OSD to adjust H-size maximum at factory mode.
c. Adjust VR201 to make H-size just overscreen.

5. Factory setting mode adjustment

1.H-phase
2.H-Size
3.V-center
4.V-size
5.Tilt
6.Pincushion
7.Unbalance
8.Trapezoid
9.Parallelogram : Set picture to rectangular or balance of top and bottom
10.Top Corner : Set the line of top corner to a straight line
11.Bottom Corner: Set the line of bottom corner to a straight line
: Set picture to the center of screen
: Set picture to 350 ± ± ± ± 2 mm
: Set picture to the center of screen
: Set picture to 262 ± ± ± ± 2 mm
: Let tilt ± 0.5mm between edge to edge
: Set picture to a real rectangular
: Set picture to a real rectangular
: Set picture to rectangular or balance of top and bottom
Chapter 3 Alignment Procedure
plug the CON3 Wire into NONE.
plug the CON3 Wire into LEFT.
plug the CON3 Wire into RIGHT.
