3.1.4 Wallaby

"Wallaby" is a software program that can adjust
Mitsubishi display walls through RS-232C or network
communication. Up to 998 monitors in a display wall
can be controlled without the remote control units.
Set the Wallaby in the following steps when you
control the monitors with the software.
· This software works with Microsoft® Windows NT®
Version4.0, Windows® 2000, Windows XP, Windows
Vista and Window 7.
Wallaby installation
Execute the "Setup.exe" file in the set-up folder on a PC
to install the Wallaby software. Follow the messages to
complete the installation.

Connection
According to "External control cables connection"
(page 19), connect the control PC to a display wall. To
connect through network, allocate an appropriate IP
address onto the PC which can comminute with the
monitors.

Unit ID, IP address assignment
Referring to "System memory setting (basic)" (page 24),
set unit IDs and IP addresses on the monitors on screen
menus in advance of Wallaby connection. Without
applicable IP addresses on the monitors, Wallaby
cannot communicate with them through network.
· Once the network is established, the IP addresses can
be changed by Wallaby.
Start-up the application
Run the Wallaby software in Windows® start menu etc.
