VORWORT (DE) 4 VORWORT (DE) Sehr geehrter Kunde! Diese Betriebsanleitung enthält Informationen und wichtige Hinweise zur Inbetriebnahme und Handhabung der Dekupiersäge DKS 21PRO. Folgend wird übliche Handelsbezeichnung Geräts (siehe Deckblatt) dieser Betriebsanleitung durch die Bezeichnung "Maschine" ersetzt. Die Betriebsanleitung ist Bestandteil der Maschine und darf nicht entfernt werden. -

Werkstückhalter wie in den Abbildungen gezeigt an den Halter montieren. Dieser muss vorher an der Maschine mit der Knebelschraube fixiert sein. Sichern Sie den Sägeblattschutz mit der Schraube und Mutter. Tischverlängerungen: Tischverlängerungen wie in den Abbildungen gezeigt an den Arbeitstisch montieren. Sägeblattklemmung oben und unten lösen. Sägeblatt einlegen. Sägeblattklemmung oben und unten festziehen. Sägeblatt durch Drehen des Sägeblattspanners in Uhrzeigersinn spannen. - Page 13 Vorgangsweise ist gleich wie bei Sägeblättern ohne Stift. Nur bei der Sägebandklemmung muss der Stift in die Halterung eingeführt werden. Werkbankmontage: Um Vibrationen zu vermindern, ist es empfehlenswert, die Maschine mit den vier Befestigungslöchern auf eine massive Werkbank zu montieren. Drücken roter Knopf (0): Ausschalten Schnittgeschwindigkeitsregler: Mit dem Schnittgeschwindigkeitsregler (1) kann die Hubzahl entsprechend des zu schneidenden Materials eingestellt werden. Arbeitstischwinkel einstellen: Fixierknopf (1) Arbeitstischwinkel lösen. Arbeitstisch auf gewünschten Winkel einstellen und Fixierknopf wieder festziehen. Assemble the workpiece downholder to the clamp as shown in the images. This must be fixed first to the machine with the toggle screw Fix the saw blade guard with the screw and nut. With the cutting speed controller (1), the stroke rate can be set according to the material to be cut. Setting worktable angle: Loosen table tilt fixing knob (1). Set worktable to desired angle and retighten the table tilt fixing knob.
